Donald J. Lahey
Local 150 retiree Donald J. Lahey, father of Local
150 member Steve Lahey died at home on Monday, June 22, 2009. Don
joined Local 150 in 1964 and retired in 1995.
Memorial services will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Saturday,
July 25, 2009 at Strang Funeral Chapel, 410 E. Belvidere Road,

the number of calls, and the numbers out of work. The list
even included the number available. How nice it was to be
wanted.
I have added a new guestbook to the website.
You can either view or sign it by clicking on "Please Sign
Guestbook" in the left margin of most pages.
Although some information may only be of interest to local 150 members, most of the
site is of general electrical interest, and everyone is welcome.
The site is broken up into 5 areas. They are:
- Home
The Home section of the web contains pages for the Local 150 Calendar, Feedback, Search,
and Links to other web sites.
- Safety
A section of the site has been set aside for safety issues and articles.
- Discussion
The Discussion section gives the user a place to air their opinions, or to read those of
others.
- Technical Info
The Technical Info section offers the user several areas of technical information relevant
to the electrical trade. The only category in this section so far is Conduit
Bending, and charts and tables related to conduit bending. Sections will be added as
I can develop them.
- News & Views
The News & Views section provides news and opinion about local and international union
issues, general information, and politics.
If you think there may be other areas of interest to users, please let me know.
I would like to publish articles by others on the site. If you think you have an
idea for an article, please let me know.
